Leading / following
Connection
Simple turns
Basic rhythm and musicality
Mini‑choreography to build confidence
Work on posture and couple frame

These skills are common to all partner dances and will help you progress faster in the specialty you choose later.

At the end of the cycle, you will be able to move toward the specialty of your choice: salsa, bachata, ballroom dances, kizomba…
